Water Testing - Coliforms handles all of the laboratory work for tracking, identifying and reporting tests for:
- Multiple Tube Fermentation (MTF) by Most Probable Number (MPN)
- Standard Membrane Filter (SMF)
- Fecal Membrane Filter (FMF)
- Presence/Absence Test (PA)
- MPN using ®Idexx QuantiTray (NEW, QT2000)
- Enterococcus using QT and QT2000 (NEW)
- Standard Plate Count (SPC) for Hetrophiles.
One or all tests may be run on any specimen. MPN may be 10 or 15 tube and handles dilutions for high counts.
Specimen handling includes complete chain of custody, recording the name of the person transferring the sample and the date and time for each handling point:

- Date/Time Delivered
- Date/Time Received

Write collection data, assign laboratory numbers
- Assign sequential Laboratory numbers to each specimen.
- Select tests to be run, or use tests already selected when the client was entered.
- Pick clients from list or enter as a "One Time Client".
- One Time Clients can now be attached to a "Root" client (See updates)
- Click on collection site for the client or enter a new site as needed.
- Combo boxes for collection personnel, on-screen calendars for dates.
- Edit any lab number as needed.
Print Chain of Custody Forms
- Assign clients to collection lists for use in the field.
- Print lists with Client Number, preferred collection site.
